The first story is based on our expectations, love and romance. On the other hand second story is based on unfortunate realistic view point of our society towards a rape survivor. One can argue that by portraying that protagonist Vinay was willing to marry the rape survivor only because the incident was known to a limited number of persons, I am advocating for non reporting of such incidents to the police or any law enforcing authority. That is not true, I only advocate that such incidents should not be over publicised for increasing TRP ratings by the media.
