Jackson is a young Californian whose profession is carjacking and reselling expensive cars in Tijuana. He believes his success and happiness results from three simple rules. Rodrigo, his lucrative connection in Mexico, informs him that Tijuana was becoming too dangerous. People, even narcos, disappear off the street. Unable to expand his Mexican connections, he returns to San Francisco and hears about a car dragging someone off into the fog. The next day, an old woman driving an expensive car cuts him off on the freeway. His outrage and arrogance compel him to execute a complicated plan involving a Balinese mask of Rangda, a Balinese evil spirit.
