A lightning storm saves him, and he escapes, only to be chased by the good Dr.'s atavistic Neanderthal brother. He escapes through the channel to the inland waterway. Lloyd organizes an "A" team of his down-and-out homeless vagrants, buddies. The Captain and Lloyd plan a helicopter drop and assault from the roof of the hospice.
