Vicky is a young student woman in Dublin, Ireland. She is trying to hide her past and get revenge on her beef baron father. When her friend hooks her up with a young student called Patrick, she realises she has a man that can help her exact revenge. Vicky is pretending to be a vegetarian to annoy her father, impress her new flatmates, and just to be different. When she meets Patrick, her friend Caroline has a bet with her that she can't turn him into a vegan. Vicky accepts the challenge. Unfortunately for Vicky, Patrick is slightly unstable and embraces the vegan ethos completely. He realises he has to change society's meat eating to veganism through acts of violence. Instead of killing people he decides killing cows will achieve his aims. Vicky urges him on, through sexual favours, as she realises his methods will hurt her father's business. However, events begin to spiral out of control, as Patrick's acts of terrorism begin to become more and more eccentric and violent. Patrick's love for Vicky blinds him to the people he's hurting. Eventually, Patrick has a drug gang, gun runners, the new IRA, FBI, and Garda?(Irish Police) against him. In the end, Patrick realizes he has been played and used.
