A Human Resources assistant took Bablee, Mr Kahn’s wife, to a boarding school for high school students, instead of an adult education college. After being registered, omitting some details like her age, Matron is tasked with equipping the girl with all she will need, like stationary, books and a school uniform. Assessing Bablee as being aged fourteen, she piles up the clothes telling the girl to hurry up and get changed. A boy of eighteen is assigned to induct the new girl and takes Bablee to her class. Sitting among girls bigger, yet much younger than her, she realises something is wrong. A slightly built village girl, used to obeying her husband and his family, she finds it impossible to tell the important authoritative people they are wrong. Even the girls in the classroom are bigger than her. They look brash, confident and strong, whereas she feels small, reticent and weak. Dressed in a school uniform she realises no one will believe that she is a mature, married woman.
